All of our DTP projects go through several rounds of quality assurance (QA). Our well-trained QA specialists maintain a complete checklist for these activities which span from catching simple oversights in document structure, font styles, paragraph styles, layout, or art mistakes to spotting text omissions or violation of the client provided specifications.

If any errors are detected, the proofs are sent through a round of corrections. As many rounds as necessary are carried out before the proofs are approved in the final QA phase. These activities are all performed to ensure that the final files delivered to
our clients are bug free.

Our DTP QA department handles both internal QA checks for the DTP projects handled by Bayan-Tech, and external QA checks for the third-party projects that are submitted by clients for our proofing and signing-off in order to provide an independent feedback on the DTP files and to ensure that they are ready for printing.
